Cut out 2 ovals of felt. Poke 2 holes in each eye and thread some yarn through

Assembly

Sew on eyes and feet first

Secure the vines to the body using pins. Have some fun with making them twist all around each other to cover the whole body. Start sewing the vines to the body and wherever a section is secure, remove the pin.
